CHRISTALAN is our incredible Tannat and Chambourcin "Port" Style" wine. Named in honor of the family of America's first venture capitalist (Spencer Trask) and their legacy at Yaddo Garden's in Saratoga, NY.  CHRISTALAN  is deep, dark, with full-body, highly structured and astringent tannins, and moderately high acidity.  

Christalan is fruit forward and makes a lasting impression with rewarding complexity and tasting notes of dark chocolate, black cherry and hints of black pepper.
