What's more impressive than serving friends a great wine and dinner pairing? Serving Arias Christalan, a "port" style wine afterward, as it's true hospitality in a glass. Arias Christalan is fruit forward and makes a lasting impression with rewarding complexity and tasting notes of dark chocolate, black cherry and hints of black pepper. We start with our proprietary reserve red wine blend fermented from our estate grapes. We then distill a portion into brandy to produce a smooth fortified vintage red wine with tobacco earth tones and a back bone of soft velvety tannins. Arias Christalan is "fruit forward" with a very approachable taste and is wonderful chilled, on the rocks or in cocktails. Arias Christalan is resilient and can be stored upright or sideways in a cool dark place. For stemware, choose either between an 8 oz "port style" glass filled halfway; brandy snifter, or, use a wide-mouthed long-stem red wine glass. Serve at 65 +/- degrees or even more slightly chilled. Arias Christalan is an excellent digestif. Offer your guests a glass after dinner and the combination of complexity and alcohol fire will warm their hearts and inspire great conversation and stories providing a good excuse to linger and have another sip. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
